BOOKING THE ONSITE BEAUTY ARTISTRY TEAM

Booking your wedding with Onsite Beauty Artistry is designed to be smooth and straightforward! Once you've reviewed our rates, FAQ, and other information on our website, simply fill out our inquiry form when you're ready to reserve your date. If you were referred by a past bride, mention it on your form for priority consideration. After receiving your inquiry, we’ll reach out to confirm availability for your wedding day.

During peak wedding season (May through October), response times may occasionally be a bit delayed. However, feel free to reach out via email for any updates, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Once we’ve connected, we’ll send you a detailed contract outlining the services for your special day. Take some time to review it, as it helps ensure everything is clear before moving forward.

If you’d like to go over any details or have questions about the booking or contract, we’re happy to schedule an optional 30-minute FaceTime or Zoom call for a personalized consultation. To officially secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required. Until these are received, your date remains open to other bookings.

Once you’re an Onsite Beauty Artistry bride, you can focus on other parts of your wedding planning. About three months before your big day, we’ll reach out to schedule your preview appointment with your Lead Artist to make sure your look is just right!
